Role: Project Manager

Location: On-site – Turbhe, Navi Mumbai

Work Hours: 10 AM – 7 PM, Monday–Friday

Salary: 6,00,000 – 13,00,000 per annum

What You'll Do

  • Lead the full project lifecycle for SaaS and online marketplace solutions, from ideation to deployment and scaling.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, designers, QA specialists, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality, innovative products.
  • Apply agile and scrum methodologies for flexible, efficient project execution.
  • Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating needs into actionable plans.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time, in-scope delivery.
  • Foster continuous improvement, innovation, and adoption of latest tech trends.
  • Conduct risk management planning, identification, and mitigation.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Solid IT project management experience, especially in SaaS and online marketplace development.
  • Proficiency in agile project management tools & methods.
  • Exceptional leadership & team motivation skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication for both technical & non-technical stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of SDLC and current tech trends.
  • Preferred: PMP or Agile certifications.
