Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional with extensive experience in managing AI-led digital transformation projects within complex environments. The ideal candidate combines strong technical understanding of AI, cloud engineering, and software engineering practices with exceptional stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timely outcomes, adherence to scope, and client satisfaction.
  • Define, monitor, and manage project KPIs, SLAs, and compliance requirements.
  • Establish governance frameworks, progress reporting, and escalation mechanisms.
Stakeholder Management
  • Act as the primary client interface for stakeholders, managing relationships with C-level executives, IT leadership, and functional business users.
  • Navigate internal bureaucratic processes, align diverse stakeholder interests, and drive consensus in complex decision-making environments.
  • Handle sensitive political, cultural, and interpersonal dynamics with tact.
Technical Oversight
  • Provide project oversight across AI model development, cloud-native deployments, and software engineering.
  • Review architecture and solution design to ensure scalability, compliance, and performance.
  • Partner with engineering, data science, and cloud teams to resolve technical challenges.
Risk & Issue Management
  • Anticipate project risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
  • Address delivery bottlenecks, manage conflicts between client and internal teams, and keep execution on track.
Team Leadership & Growth
  • Lead cross-functional teams of AI engineers, data scientists, cloud architects, and business analysts.
  • Coach team members on project discipline, public sector client management, and compliance-driven execution.
