Project Coordinator Lead

Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to spearhead the planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact data cleansing initiatives. This pivotal role demands exceptional leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a proven track record of driving projects forward with precision and poise.

  • Promote collaborative teamwork across functional groups
  • Maintain uncompromising standards for data quality and integrity
  • Nurture long-term relationships with clients
  • Deliver projects on schedule, within scope, and in line with agreed objectives

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, encompassing scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation
  • Define project milestones and deliverables, and monitor progress against plan
  • Manage project risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies
  • Ensure projects align with established methodologies and best practices

Client Management:

  • Serve as primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships
  • Understand client requirements and expectations, ensuring project deliverables meet their needs
  • Provide regular project updates and status reports to clients
  • Manage client expectations and resolve any issues or conflicts

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and motivate project teams, including consultants, developers, and data analysts
  • Cultivate a collaborative and high-performing team environment
  • Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, and monitor their performance
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the team
  • Monitor workload distribution and ensure optimal productivity

Data Governance Expertise:

  • Develop a deep understanding of data governance principles and best practices
  • Apply data governance frameworks to project implementations
  • Understand data quality and integrity concepts
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proper implementation of data governance solutions

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, and risk logs
  • Ensure all project deliverables are thoroughly documented

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years in data management or data cleansing projects
  • Strong understanding of various master data in ERP systems
  • Experience working with US, Europe customers. Industries focused are Manufacturing, Chemicals, Food and Beverages, Mining, Energy.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects within scope, budget, and timeline
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet) and MS Office Suite
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • PMP or other project management certifications are a plus
