  • Pioneering brand strategy, program content, and long-term vision

  • Driving financial planning, including pre-sales execution and unit economics

Ideal Candidate
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in executive leadership, corporate L&D, wellness, startup, or strategy roles
  • A proven entrepreneurial mindset with experience building or scaling a business
  • A deep appreciation for Indian philosophy and modern leadership principles
  • A strong network among corporates, startup communities, and the wellness sector
  • Exceptional communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A readiness to assume an equity-based founding role with substantial growth opportunities
Key Responsibilities:
  • Brand Strategy & Content Development: Shape our organization's vision, goals, and messaging across various platforms
  • Business Development & Networking: Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and executive connections
  • Operations Management: Oversee program delivery, vendor relationships, and operational efficiency
  • Marketing & Positioning: Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to establish our organization's reputation
  • Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead financial planning, pre-sales execution, and unit economics to ensure sustainable growth
  • Tech Stack Development: Design and implement technology solutions for personalization and ROI tracking
  • Public Representation: Serve as a thought leader, representing our organization in media and public forums
Requirements
