Key Role for a High-Performing Leader

This role is ideal for a visionary leader with 10+ years of experience in building high-performance distribution channels in insurance or financial services. You will manage large profit & loss statements and lead teams that number in the hundreds or thousands.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Build the Community: Spearhead the recruitment, onboarding, and success of our advisor partners, scaling the community from our initial hundred to a national force of thousands.
  • Architect the Partner Journey: Design and refine the entire lifecycle of our partners, ensuring the platform provides unparalleled support in technology, branding, and content.
  • Champion the Movement: Be the public face and voice of our mission. Articulate our vision at industry forums, in the media, and directly to the professionals whose lives we aim to transform.
  • Drive Strategic Growth: As a founding team member, you will have a critical role in shaping all strategic decisions, from profit & loss management to future product and market expansion.
