Investing is stressful and emotional. Building & growing wealth is difficult and time-consuming. Most individuals struggle with managing their investments and money. Our goal is to help individuals grow their wealth without the stress, time, and costs involved in a traditional investment. At Dezerv, We are building a platform that leverages our decades of investment expertise to help individuals invest better for their future.
What are you expected to do
- Managing the founders and leaders schedule, scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks.
- Filter and prioritize tasks based on outcomes and priorities of the leaders
- Take on ad-hoc workplace projects that the leaders want to execute
- Manage the leader(s) professional commitments, including scheduling meetings, appointments, engagements, and travel arrangements
- Schedule departmental meetings, business reviews, offsites and town halls; assist in the planning, preparation and execution of these events
- Attend meetings and take notes of discussion; prepare the initial draft of minutes and summaries
- Work on calendar management, as well as management of content and flow of information to leaders
- Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
- Act as a liaison and provide support for the Board meetings
What are we looking for
- Prior work experience in hospitality (Front Desk) of 4-6 Years
- Knack of business understanding and have a positive and street-smart attitude
- Expert user in Google Apps, including Gmail, Calendar, Sheets and Docs
- Bachelor&aposs degree in any field
- Proven experience in guest management, situational handling and delivering experiences
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work collaboratively across departments
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
