The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in purchasing, sales, and business operations, with proven experience in managing turnover of ₹50–100 Cr and scaling businesses sustainably. We seek a candidate with 10+ years of leadership experience in purchasing, sales, or business operations, and a proven track record of managing business turnover of ₹50–100 Cr.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 10 years of leadership experience in purchasing, sales, or business operations.
  • A proven track record of managing business turnover of ₹50–100 Cr.
  • Strong financial acumen and strategic decision-making ability.
  • Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to scale businesses sustainably.
  • An MBA or equivalent qualification is highly desirable.
