Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare comprehensive business proposals, negotiate commercial agreements, and present value propositions effectively.
- Lead junior BD executives, mentor, and guide them in their roles.
- Represent the organization at industry events, networking platforms, and HR forums.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of staffing models, payroll management, and outsourcing strategies.
- Ability to prepare persuasive business proposals and lead cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record in driving business growth, achieving targets, and developing high-performing teams.
Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in Business Development (3+ years in staffing/recruitment/payroll services).
- Exposure to contract staffing and payroll outsourcing is mandatory.
