Job Title: Senior Revenue Growth Manager

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Revenue Growth Manager professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing prepaid revenue business for the circle by leveraging growth strategies and subscriber retention techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue agenda through effective unretention techniques, including increasing upselling, growing portfolio, driving combos and recovering from decay base.
  • Continuously monitor and dialogue with key stakeholders to maximize revenue agenda through targeted campaigns.
  • Responsible for subscriber net additions and revenue earning subscribers on unlimited and non-unlimited portfolios.
  • Participate in quarterly revenue planning teams to design marketing initiatives.
  • Plan and execute usage and retention initiatives along with cross-functional teams.
  • Identify market trends and opportunities for better execution of prepaid products across regions.
  • Product launch planning and execution for UL and non-UL products.
  • Analysis of product interventions with BI teams.
  • Competitor tracking.

Requirements:

  • MBA from reputable institutions with 7+ years of work experience.
  • Analytical and data-driven skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
