As a Strategic Policy Director, you will spearhead the development and implementation of policy initiatives in the Food Regulatory Affairs department. Your primary objective will be to drive business growth, foster collaborative relationships with government departments and industry stakeholders, and generate revenue through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans to drive policy initiatives and grow revenue streams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key government departments, industry stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
  • Organize high-profile events, including conferences, summits, industry roundtables, policy dialogues, task force meetings, committee meetings, delegations, etc.
  • Prepare industry representations, concept notes, guidelines, knowledge papers, reports, proposals, and presentations for organizing sector-specific programs.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as food technology or a related field.
  • Minimum 7-15 years of experience in a similar field, preferably with prior experience in food regulatory affairs, policy, advocacy, program organization, and industry-government connections.
