Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Strategic HR Director to lead our HR department. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in handling HR functions, preferably in a recruitment firm or a similar industry.

About the Role:

The Strategic HR Director will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures to drive organizational growth. This includes leading recruitment, talent management, and employee engagement initiatives to attract and retain top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Strategy Development: Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to drive business outcomes.
  • Talent Management: Lead recruitment, talent management, and employee engagement initiatives to attract and retain top performers.
  • Employee Relations: Manage employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration to ensure a positive work environment.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with senior management to identify and implement process improvements that enhance HR efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5-10 years of experience in HR, preferably in a recruitment firm or similar industry.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven track record in HR leadership roles with excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Labor Laws: Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
