Job Title: Senior Financial Operations Director Job Description:

The role of a Senior Financial Operations Director encompasses strategic financial leadership, overseeing plant finance and accounting functions to drive business success.

  • Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and manage the annual budgeting process, create forecasts, and analyze financial data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Accounting & Reporting: Ensure accuracy and integrity in financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and timely financial reporting for senior management.
  • Compliance & Internal Controls: Establish robust internal controls, maintain compliance with relevant regulations, corporate policies, and internal SOPs.
  • Cost Management & Efficiency: Optimize financial operations, enhance cost efficiency, and provide financial analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Team Leadership: Build, lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team within the plant, promoting adherence to standards and excellence.

Key responsibilities also include serving as a finance business partner to the Plant Head, providing strategic financial insights and recommendations to improve overall plant performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent certification with extensive experience in managing large-scale plant finance and accounting.
  • Proficiency in SAP/HANA 4.0 or above with at least 18 years of experience in similar roles.
