Bell Service Coordinator

Bell Service Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the bell desk and surrounding area are organized and clean at all times.
  • Maintain a strong relationship with the reception, information, and cashier departments.
  • Attend to guest calls for bell stand and door services.
  • Delegate bell boys to retrieve baggage from guest rooms.
  • Verify guest satisfaction through follow-up calls.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Manage the inventory of items on loan and collect them before checkout.
  • Tag and record all baggage movements.
  • Update the luggage movement register daily.
  • Distribute guest and departmental letters and couriers accurately.
  • Ensure all bills are paid and room keys are returned before guests depart.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of hotel fire procedures.
  • Knowledge of hotel security procedures.
