Bell Desk Coordinator

As a Bell Desk Coordinator at AccorHotel, you will be the primary point of contact for guests, providing exceptional service and assistance with their luggage and transportation needs. You will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests by delivering warm welcomes and efficient service from arrival to departure.
Responsibilities:
• Guest Arrival and Departure: Greet guests upon arrival, assist with luggage handling, and escort them to their rooms, ensuring a seamless welcome experience.
• Luggage Handling and Storage: Safely transport guest luggage to and from rooms, maintain accurate records, and ensure security protocols are followed.
• Concierge Services: Provide information and recommendations about local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options, and arrange transportation services as needed.
• Safety and Security: Monitor and ensure the security of guest belongings during transportation and storage, and follow safety procedures to ensure a safe environment for guests and colleagues.
• Communication and Coordination: Liaise with Front Office, Housekeeping, and other departments to fulfill guest requests promptly, and maintain effective communication with colleagues to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of local attractions and transportation options is an advantage.
