Job Title: HR Business Partner Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled HR Business Partner Manager to lead our HR operations.

  • Resolve employee queries and concerns efficiently, ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Implement and enforce organizational policies, maintaining strict compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives through collaboration with cross-functional teams, promoting a positive work environment.
  • Facilitate engagement action planning and track progress towards established goals.
  • Maintain an attrition rate of 5% or below through effective retention strategies and proactive measures.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze employee turnover trends to identify areas for improvement.
  • Foster employee retention by identifying key factors influencing attrition and developing targeted solutions.
  • Collaborate with business partners to ensure policies and procedures are followed across teams and departments, promoting consistency and efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Industrial Relations, Human Resource Management, or related field, with significant experience in HR roles within a BPO/Call Center environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a solid understanding of labor laws and regulations.
  • Experience in handling employee relations, engagement, and retention initiatives, with a proven track record of success.
