HR Operations Lead - Global Talent Acquisition

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead our global talent acquisition efforts.

Job Description:

Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing international background verification processes, ensuring compliance and accuracy in hiring. They will also oversee daily HR operations, ensuring efficient processes and adherence to company policies and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and streamline the international background verification process
  • Oversee daily HR operations, ensuring efficient processes and adherence to company policies and legal requirements
  • Collaborate with HR teams across various regions to implement best practices and ensure consistency in HR operations globally
  • Develop and implement effective onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company
  • Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and insights, helping to improve employee retention and workplace culture
  • Knowledge of movement of employees across international borders, ensuring compliance and company policies

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in HR operations, with a focus on international HR practices
  • Strong knowledge of international background verification processes and compliance. Experience in onboarding and exit interview processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working in the European region
  • Multilingual abilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
