
Drive Pharmaceutical Sales and Distribution Success

As a Strategic Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in scaling up our business by forging strategic partnerships with key stakeholders. You will be responsible for expanding our distribution network and enhancing business growth through innovative strategies.
The ideal candidate should possess sound knowledge about the Pharma/Surgical Industry and its operations, gained through at least 15 years of experience. Strong analytical skills, negotiation abilities, and leadership qualities are also essential for this role.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing stakeholders to enhance business opportunities
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with hospitals and pharmaceutical manufacturers
- Developing and executing effective sales and distribution strategies to drive business growth
- Leading cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- Pharmacy or Science Graduate with minimum 15 years of experience in the Pharma/Surgical industry
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with ability to close business deals
- Leadership skills with team management expertise
- Technical proficiency in distribution software
