Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead and optimize procurement operations for our EPC business vertical.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic procurement plans aligned with project requirements and timelines.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors and subcontractors; maintain robust vendor databases and long-term supplier partnerships.
  • Lead contract negotiations, cost optimization, and procurement of key materials such as solar modules, inverters, mounting structures, and BOS components.
  • Ensure procurement compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, lead times, and material logistics to prevent project delays and cost overruns.
  • Coordinate closely with engineering, project execution, logistics, and finance teams to ensure integrated supply chain performance.
  • Prepare and maintain procurement documentation, reports, and performance dashboards for internal review and audits.
  • Evaluate vendor performance through KPIs such as quality, delivery, pricing, and service levels.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, price movements, and supply chain risks in the renewable energy sector.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • 7-12 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the EPC, renewable energy, infrastructure, or power sector.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, vendor management, inventory control, and contract law.
  • Experience with ERP systems and procurement management tools.
  • Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple procurement activities under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
