Job Title: Solar Energy Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking highly skilled professionals to join our team of solar energy experts in India.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Innovate and enhance inspection methodologies for renewable energy projects, including solar modules, energy storage systems, wind turbines, and inverters.
  • Lead project kickoff meetings with suppliers to ensure timely execution.
  • Conduct on-site verifications based on 5M principles to guarantee quality.
  • Manage testing schedules and analyze manufacturing/testing activities to provide valuable insights.
  • Prepare detailed inspection reports and communicate findings to the Project Manager.
  • Coordinate inspection teams as per project schedules and suggest enhancements.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree or 3-year technical diploma in a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in technical drawings, specifications, and procedures.
  • Strong communication, ethical standards, and problem-solving skills.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office and renewable energy systems.
Additional Requirements:
  • Willingness to dedicate 80%+ time to inspection sites.
  • Openness to travel within India and internationally.
