Senior Solar Inspection Engineer Role Overview

We are seeking passionate professionals for the role of Senior Solar Inspection Engineers in India. This position is responsible for ensuring excellence in renewable energy projects, including solar modules, energy storage systems, wind turbines, and inverters.

Job Description:

• Innovate and enhance inspection methodologies to guarantee quality and efficiency.

• Lead project kickoff meetings with suppliers to establish clear expectations and timelines.

• Conduct on-site verifications based on 5M principles to ensure compliance and adherence to industry standards.

• Manage testing schedules for timely execution and minimize delays.

• Analyze manufacturing/testing activities and provide insights to improve processes.

• Prepare detailed inspection reports to communicate findings and suggest enhancements.

• Coordinate inspection teams as per project schedules to ensure seamless execution.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or 3-year technical diploma in a relevant field.

• Proficiency in technical drawings, specifications & procedures.

• Strong communication, ethical standards, and problem-solving skills.

• Expertise in Microsoft Office and renewable energy systems.
