Key Responsibilities:- Handle inbound sales calls and follow up on qualified leads with timely responses.
- Conduct outbound calls to warm prospects and address their inquiries in a friendly manner.
- Educate customers on solar system options, benefits, and pricing through expert consultations.
- Assist with quotation reviews and explain inclusions, exclusions, and upgrade options in detail.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress for future reference.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless handovers and successful project outcomes.
- Demonstrate excellent phone communication and active listening skills.
- Hold a strong understanding of solar systems, battery storage, and energy savings concepts.
- Exhibit the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple, customer-friendly language.
- Display self-motivation, reliability, and comfort working independently within a team environment.
