We are seeking a skilled professional to join our dynamic team, dedicated to delivering exceptional support and service to customers worldwide. The ideal candidate will leverage their technical expertise to provide prompt and effective technical assistance, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of solar string inverter systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues related to solar string inverters remotely and on-site.
  • Provide expert technical guidance to customers via phone, email, or onsite visits.
  • Conduct thorough root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Perform commissioning, testing, and maintenance of solar string inverter systems to ensure seamless integration.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to improve product performance, efficiency, and reliability.
  • Document all service activities, technical solutions, and customer interactions in the CRM system for future reference.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for customers and internal stakeholders on the operation and maintenance of solar string inverter systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to provide proactive technical support and recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, electronics engineering, renewable energy, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or field service engineering, specifically with solar string inverters.
  • Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to power electronics and renewable energy systems.
  • Hands-on experience with commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of solar string inverters.
  • Strong understanding of electrical and electronic principles as applied to solar PV systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for onsite support and commissioning (up to 70% travel may be required).
