Senior Solar Energy Supply Chain Specialist

As a key player in this space, we are seeking an experienced Manager - Procurement to lead and optimize procurement operations for our EPC business vertical.
Key Responsibilities- Develop strategic procurement plans aligned with EPC project requirements and timelines.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors and subcontractors; maintain robust vendor databases and long-term supplier partnerships.
- Lead contract negotiations, cost optimization, and procurement of key materials such as solar modules, inverters, mounting structures, and BOS components.
- Ensure procurement compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, lead times, and material logistics to prevent project delays and cost overruns.
- Coordinate closely with engineering, project execution, logistics, and finance teams to ensure integrated supply chain performance.
- Prepare and maintain procurement documentation, reports, and performance dashboards for internal review and audits.
- Evaluate vendor performance through KPIs such as quality, delivery, pricing, and service levels.
Our ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A strong background in procurement, preferably in the EPC, renewable energy, infrastructure, or power sector is highly desirable. We are looking for someone with exceptional analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, who can work collaboratively across cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
Requirements- 7-12 years of experience in procurement.
- Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, vendor management, inventory control, and contract law.
- Experience with ERP systems and procurement management tools.
