Job Title:

Senior Referral Laboratory Specialist

Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Referral Laboratory Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing the onboarding of new referral laboratory vendors, coordinating the execution of Master Service Agreements (MSAs), and providing qualification and audit scope details to Quality Assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and select appropriate on-boarded/approved vendors for testing solutions for new proposals and active studies, reviewing quotations, and organizing billing.
  • Evaluate test specifications and sample requirements, ensuring all referral laboratory study setup documentation is complete before study initiation.
  • Monitor the quality of referral labs, managing result entry and ensuring data delivery timelines are met.
  • Oversee maintenance of referral laboratory study setup trackers, procurement trackers, and the master vendor list for MSA updates.
  • Address queries and issues raised by internal teams and external customers, coordinating regular status update calls with laboratories and clients as necessary.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Experience with project management tools and software.
