Job Title: Telemarketing Sales Specialist for Bath Linens and Towels for Hotels and Hospitals

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:

- Identify potential clients within the hotel and hospital industries through research and referrals.
- Develop targeted lists of decision-makers and key contacts.
- Utilize various telemarketing techniques to generate leads and engage prospects.

2. Sales and Client Engagement:

- Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value of our bath linen and towel products to potential clients.
- Build strong relationships with clients through active listening, empathy, and understanding of their specific needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide customized solutions and product recommendations.
- Overcome objections and handle client inquiries professionally.

3. Performance and Results-driven:

- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through successful telemarketing campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, leads, and client interactions in the company's CRM system.
- Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and innovation in telemarketing strategies.

4. Customer Satisfaction:

- Ensure timely follow-up on client inquiries and requests.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns, providing product information, and offering support throughout the sales process.
- Maintain a professional and positive image of the company during all client interactions.

5. Collaboration and Teamwork:

- Work closely with the sales team to share insights, strategies, and best practices for successful telemarketing.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the sales department.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service, preferably in the hospitality or healthcare industry.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating leads through telemarketing.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as within a team.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
