About the Role:

  • This position involves responding to customer inquiries promptly and courteously via phone, email, or intercom.
  • The candidate will be responsible for following standard procedures to resolve issues or escalate them to the appropriate department.
  • Maintaining professional communication while using company telephone and support systems efficiently is crucial for this role.
  • Support team leads by handling routine tasks during their absence (after training).
  • Reporting operational challenges or service concerns to supervisors clearly and in a timely manner is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction:
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and courteously via phone, email, or intercom.
  • Follow standard procedures to resolve issues or escalate them to the appropriate department.
  • Communicate effectively with customers while maintaining a professional tone.

Requirements:

  • Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of customer service processes and telephone etiquette.
  • Ability to remain calm, attentive, and professional under pressure.
  • Computer literacy with basic IT knowledge.
  • Education:
  • Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
