Customer Service Representative Role

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

Job Responsibilities:

  • To answer all inbound queries as per call flow procedure.
  • To adhere to process to ensure high quality and customer service.
  • To follow escalation procedures for issues uncontrollable at agent level First call resolution.
  • To break schedule adherence
  • To be involved in motivational activities, implementing feedback given during monitoring sessions.
  • To update various logs like escalation log, complaint tracker etc.
  • To ensure data security - proprietary data of customers.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written - with a professional telephone etiquette.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using computers and software applications.
