Job Summary

Sales Coordinator Role:

The Sales Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the sales team by handling administrative tasks and ensuring seamless communication with clients.

Responsibilities
  • Perform general office duties such as filing, sending emails, typing, faxing, and copying to support sales and marketing efforts.
  • Prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process including proposals, contracts, and banquet event orders.
  • Promote brand awareness internally and externally.
  • Gather materials and assemble information packages such as brochures and promotional materials.
  • Apply sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty.
  • Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information in software related to the sales process.
  • Answer client questions about property facilities and services.
  • Communicate with clients via phone and email to respond to queries and requests.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures; maintain a clean and professional appearance.
  • Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards; anticipate and address their needs.
  • Speak clearly and professionally with others.
  • Develop positive working relationships with colleagues.
  • Comply with quality assurance expectations.
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.
Requirements
  1. Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  2. Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
  3. Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience required.
  4. License or Certification: Not necessary.
