We focus on crafting learning experiences that equip candidates with skills in software development, including exhaustive learning programs and 1:1 mentor support for effective doubt resolution. With over 400+ doubts resolved per hour, our goal is to provide a hassle-free learning experience for our students.

About You

We are looking for a full-time Relationship Manager who can positively influence our students and guide them to complete their learning path smoothly. As a key member of our learning team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the learning experience for our students.

Responsibilities
  1. You will be responsible for helping students resolve their queries and ensuring their learning experience is seamless. This requires patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
  2. Maintain accurate documentation of all queries, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely resolution.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with students, understanding their needs to achieve their learning goals.
  4. Ensure feedback cycles are maintained, and actions are taken based on student feedback.
  5. Create and maintain trackers to monitor student performance regularly, guiding them to complete their schedules within specified time frames.
  6. You will communicate regularly with students via calls, messages, and email, providing ongoing support throughout their learning journey.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Must have Edtech experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, documentation, and advanced Excel features like VLookup.
  • Customer satisfaction focus, with active problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Competent time management skills, with self-motivation and attention to detail.
  • Database management skills, with quick query response and resolution capabilities.
Salary Range:

$60,000 - $80,000 per annum (estimated), depending on location and experience.
