We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Chief Client Liaison Specialist. This role involves managing and improving client relationships, ensuring utmost satisfaction and retention.

Salary Range

The salary range for this position is ₹ 8,00,000 - ₹ 12,00,000 per annum, based in Gurugram, Haryana.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
  • Handle client queries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Proactively reach out to clients to gather feedback and address any issues.
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve client issues and provide timely solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products or services to clients.
  • Monitor client satisfaction levels and implement strategies to improve overall client experience.
  • Create and maintain client profiles and records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and client engagement.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and client preferences to identify potential areas for improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports and analysis on client satisfaction, retention, and sales metrics.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Junior level: 1 to 3 years of experience in client relationship management or a similar role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Proficient in CRM software and MS Office.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
