About the Role

This individual will be responsible for all client commercial matters, creating and executing strategic business plans in collaboration with our global team. The successful Account Manager will develop deep understanding of clients' priorities and leverage Arcesium's technology and services to provide thoughtful business solutions.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5-8 years of relevant client-facing experience in account management, sales, consulting, or client support. A background in financial services or financial technology is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for all commercial matters between assigned clients and Arcesium
  • Building and maintaining client business plans designed to optimize lifetime client value
  • Providing attention and global coverage to assigned clients in various locations
  • Negotiating fees, service levels, and contracts through structured conversations and a partnership approach
  • Ensuring clients are up-to-date on Arcesium's existing and new capabilities
Requirements
  • Assertive self-starter with excellent presentation and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Organized, methodical, motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location. Arcesium offers a competitive compensation package that includes benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
