
Regional Retail Sales Representative

This role is responsible for driving sales and merchandizing strategies to build strong relationships with retailers in a specific territory.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key retailers.
- Drive secondary sales and merchandizing strategies across the territory.
- Cover superstore outlets within the assigned territory, focusing on repeat and frequent orders.
- Responsible for new outlet openings and product launches, ensuring timely execution and minimal disruption to existing operations.
- Manage distributor management, negotiating optimal pricing and terms to achieve assigned monthly targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in FMCG/Pharma/OTC industry, preferably in channel management.
- Excellent local geographical knowledge and negotiation skills.
- Product understanding, including basic calculation of retail schemes and distributor management.
- Distributor Management skills, with ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Local Language fluency, enabling effective communication with retailers and distributors.
- Graduate or MBA degree from a recognized institution.
