**Regional / Retail Sales Trainer**

Location: Bangalore

**Brief**:
As a growing company, we aim to reach 1000+ outlets in Karnataka and the South region, and to get there we are putting up systems and training programs in place. To help us successfully achieve this we are looking for a retail sales trainer with 3-4 years of experience in retail sales to deliver on-the-job training for sales employees.

**Responsibilities**:

- Travel and Cover the beat with the sales officers primarily in Karnataka and provide on-the-job training.
- Assist the team in developing and delivering training sessions to ensure that training is aligned with business goals.
- Maintain and update reports on training done in different regions, GO DESi operates in.
- Observe and identify the training needs and share them with the stakeholders.
- Assist in monitoring and tracking employee relation issues in the sales department including resolutions and follow-up.
- Respond to questions, requests, and concerns from employees on the field regarding company and HR programs.

**Requirements**:

- 3-4 years of work experience in retail sales, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Have experience working in established FMCG companies.
- Proficiency in Kannada, English, and Telugu languages is a must.
- Willingness to travel and work on the field for 20+ days.
- Interested in training and good knowledge of sales terminology.
- +4 years experienced individuals not preferred.

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
