**Retail Sales Associate - Caratlane HSR Layout, Bangalore**

**Responsibilities**
- Operating scanners, scales, cash registers, and other electronics.
- Balancing the cash register and generating reports for credit and debit sales.
- Accepting payments, ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate and proving a receipt to every customer.
- Processing refunds and exchanges, resolving complaints.
- Bagging or wrapping purchases to ensure safe transport.
- Following all store procedures regarding coupons, gift cards, or the purchase of specific items, such as alcohol or cigarettes.
- Maintaining a clean workspace.

**Education**

1. MCOM / Bachelor degree from a reputed university/college

2. MS Office & proficiency in excel is a must

**Skills**

1. Knowledge of handling Retail Store Operations

2. Selling & customer service

3. MIS Reporting

4. Communication
- Excellent spoken & written communication skills in English & regional language

5. Computer operating knowledge

**Experience**

1. Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in retail operations as Cashier

2. Freshers are also fine with BBA & MCOM(Finance) background.

**Salary**: ₹320,000.00 - ₹390,000.00 per year
