We are looking for a Retail Trainer to educate our salespeople using various methods. Retail Trainer responsibilities include teaching presentation and persuasion techniques to new hires, simulating sales scenarios and preparing training programs that cover knowledge gaps.

Note that this position requires visiting our regional retail stores to work closely with our salespeople on a regular basis.

**Responsibilities**
- 1. Design and execute orientation programs for sales teams

2. Conduct onboarding training sessions for new hires

3. Act as a consultant to salespeople for challenges they have on the job

4. Observe how salespeople and cashiers interact with clients to identify areas of improvement

5. Determine training needs both for individuals and teams

6. Advise salespeople how to upsell products and services

8. Maintain updated records of training curriculum and material

9. Conducting skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement

10. Coordinate individual and team performance review sessions to discuss strengths and weaknesses

11. Monitor sales objectives and results

12. Collect feedback from trainees and managers about training courses

13. Maintain updated records of training material, curricula and costs

**Requirements and skills**
- 1. Minimum 3 Years Work experience as a Retail Trainer in Footwear

2. Must have Experience in footwear industry

3. Availability to travel and visit our retail stores, as needed

4. Ability to manage the full training cycle, including conducting in-person activities and using e-learning platforms

5. Excellent presentation skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

- Morning shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Apparels and Footwear: 1 year (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
