
International Sales Development Executive

At our organization, we're seeking a seasoned Sales Executive to spearhead international growth initiatives. If you're a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and experience in driving global sales, we'd love to hear from you.
About the Role:
We're looking for someone who can build lasting relationships with international clients and drive business development in the engineering/manufacturing sector. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for identifying and qualifying new market opportunities worldwide and collaborating with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions. You'll also represent us at trade shows and exhibitions, negotiating contracts and pricing terms with overseas customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new market opportunities worldwide
- Build and maintain relationships with international clients and partners
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and sales forecasting
- Pprepare technical proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with overseas customers
What We're Looking For:
Our ideal candidate will have a strong educational background in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, along with an MBA in Marketing or Sales. They should have 3-6 years of experience in engineering/manufacturing sales, with a minimum of 3 years in international markets. Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) are essential, as well as proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools. Strategic thinking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are highly valued. Based in Nagpur or willing to relocate, the successful candidate will be ready for international travel.
