Sr. Executive – Sales & Marketing (International Sales, CR & BD) | 3–6 years' experience (min. 3 years in international sales)
About the Role
Lead global sales initiatives, forge strong international client partnerships, and drive business development in the engineering/manufacturing sector. Collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions and represent us at trade shows and exhibitions.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and qualify new market opportunities worldwide
Build and maintain relationships with international clients and partners
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and sales forecasting
Prepare technical proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with overseas customers
Drive lead generation, CRM management (Salesforce/HubSpot), and reporting
Coordinate with engineering, order processing, and logistics teams
Participate in international trade shows, exhibitions, and business meetings
What We're Looking For
BE in Mechanical Engineering + MBA (Marketing/Sales preferred)
3–6 years in engineering/manufacturing sales with 3+ years in international markets
Excellent English communication (written & verbal)
Proficient in CRM software, MS Office, and sales analytics tools
Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Based in or willing to relocate to Nagpur; ready for international travel
