JOB DESCRIPTION  Intern – Team Support We are looking for a person as an Intern - Team Support. Reporting to the Executive Assistant to Programs, the selected candidate will play a collaborative role across various teams to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of our program and marketing activities and supporting our ability to grow and expand impact.  We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented intern to support our day-to-day operations and ongoing program coordination in the Nagpur office. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates who are looking to gain hands-on experience in nonprofit management, communications, and grassroots project execution. Responsibilities and duties:  Administrative Support   Assist in maintaining project plans, timelines, and reports.  Help manage and update program databases and resource folders.  Schedule meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items.  Communication and Coordination  Support internal team communication and coordination with chapters.  Draft and send emails, reminders, and other communications under guidance.  Assist in preparing digital presentations and basic documentation.  Chapter Assistance  Help with tracking chapter activities and following up on tasks.  Support in compiling feedback or updates from various stakeholders.  Assist in troubleshooting minor issues and flagging complex ones.  Marketing and Outreach Support  Support content collection for social media or newsletters.  Assist in drafting program success stories and reports.  Maintain basic media or photo archives.  Event & Training Logistics  Help organize virtual training sessions, including reminders and attendance tracking.  Prepare and distribute training materials or forms.  Required Skills:  Currently pursuing or recently completed undergraduate studies.  Strong organizational and communication skills.  Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)/ social media platformsAbility to manage time and multitask effectively. Enthusiastic and self-driven with a willingness to learn. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Prior volunteering or nonprofit experience (preferred but not mandatory)More information about this Intern - Team Support JobPlease go through the below FAQs to get all answers related to the given Intern - Team Support jobWhat are the job requirements to apply for this Intern - Team Support job position?
