We are seeking a seasoned SAP GTS Consultant to contribute to the success of global SAP transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Upgrade and Support: Assist in ensuring a seamless transition by resolving potential issues, conducting thorough testing activities, providing timely assistance for live sites post-upgrade, resolving incidents, and conducting root cause analysis to minimize downtime.
  • Workshops and Collaboration: Participate in workshops to prepare for upgrades, address post-upgrade needs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support end-to-end testing including test preparation, execution, and validation to ensure project quality.
  • Documentation and Communication: Maintain accurate project documentation and communicate effectively with Project Managers, Team Leads, and business stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience as an SAP GTS Consultant (SAP GTS 4 HANA experience highly valued).
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong understanding of incident management, troubleshooting, and testing processes.
  • Cross-Functional Teams: Ability to work collaboratively in international teams.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
