Strategic National Sales Director

Job Summary:
MIVI is seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our national sales efforts and drive growth in both domestic and international markets. This is a critical role that requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for national and international markets, leveraging market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve individual and team targets, conducting regular training and performance evaluations to enhance team capabilities.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, identifying potential clients and engaging them through presentations and meetings.
Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
- Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to senior management, monitoring sales performance metrics and adjusting strategies as needed.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies, participating in cross-functional projects to enhance product offerings and customer satisfaction.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and market positioning, staying informed about industry trends and changes in regulations that may affect sales.
Budget Management:
- Manage the sales budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to achieve sales objectives, monitoring expenses and implementing cost-control measures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in corporate sales, with a focus on national and international markets.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets, strong leadership and team management abilities, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
