Ideal candidate has 15+ years of sales experience, with a strong track record in SaaS and eLearning sectors. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the Indian market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to drive growth in the Indian market, focusing on SaaS-based eLearning solutions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, ensuring consistent revenue growth and the expansion of existing accounts.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to formulate the sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the eLearning industry.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA from a top-tier B-school preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in sales, with at least 7 years in a leadership role within the SaaS and/or eLearning sectors.
- In-depth understanding of the Indian eLearning market, including key players, trends, and challenges.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead a sales team to success.
