Business Development Sales Expert

At Indus Net Technologies Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
- Collaborate with our sales team to prioritize key accounts and potential customers.
- Research and understand target industries, companies, and decision-makers to tailor our outreach strategies effectively.
- Engage with prospects to uncover their business needs and pain points, effectively communicating the value proposition of our products/services.
- Schedule and coordinate product demonstrations or meetings for our sales team with qualified leads.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with our marketing teams to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar role in a B2B sales environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools.
- Knowledge of sales processes and the ability to adapt to evolving strategies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
