Job Title: Sales Manager Sourcing

 

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Sales Manager Sourcing initiative. This role will be responsible for driving sales through partner channels and localized sourcing networks.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain active relationships with defined partners, ensuring asset usage, business updates, and participation in active mandates.

  • Drive project awareness among partners via structured training camps, one-on-one briefings, and digital sales kit dissemination (brochures, kits, explainer videos).

  • Identify and activate non-traditional referral sources including RWAs, societies, clubs, and informal professional hubs across Noida, Ghaziabad, Faridabad, and Delhi.

  • Build long-term relationships with micro-market influencers such as society managers, RWA presidents, local bureaucrats, and club administrators.

  • Plan and execute community-led activations including kiosk setups, presentation evenings, and curated site visits to generate verified walk-ins.

  • Capture structured feedback from partners and prospects to understand pricing sensitivity, messaging resonance, and lead quality.

  • Deliver sourcing-linked walk-in and lead generation targets as defined by the sales leadership.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification

  • 4–5 years of relevant experience in real estate, automotive, or hospitality sales

  • Proven ability to drive sales through partner channels and localized sourcing networks

  • Experience working with structured sales processes and CRM tools

  • Exposure to Tier 1 companies is preferred
