Restaurant Service Expert

Job Description:

  • Greet guests and present them with the menu.
  • Inform guests about special items for the day and menu changes.
  • Assist in cleaning and opening or closing tasks.
  • Keep menus clean and present them to customers.
  • Check with customers to ensure they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.
  • Communicate with customers to resolve complaints or ensure satisfaction.
  • Process customer bills or payments.
  • Take food and beverage orders from guests on the order.
  • Suggest food and beverages to guests.
Main Responsibilities:

The key responsibility of a Restaurant Service Expert is to provide exceptional service to guests in a hotel or restaurant setting. This includes greeting guests, presenting menus, and taking food and beverage orders. The expert must also be able to communicate effectively with customers to resolve complaints or ensure satisfaction.

This role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be able to multitask, work independently, and provide excellent customer service.
