Job Opportunity

  • We are seeking a highly skilled F&B Service Associate to join our team. As an F&B Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all guests have an enjoyable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide guests with menus and assist them in making informed decisions about their meals.
  • Greet guests and seat them at tables or in waiting areas, ensuring that they feel welcome and comfortable.
  • Assign patrons to tables suitable for their needs, taking into account factors such as the size of the group and any special requirements.
  • Inspect dining and serving areas to ensure cleanliness and proper setup, maintaining high standards of hygiene and presentation.
  • Speak with patrons to ensure satisfaction with food and service, and to respond to complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a food and beverage setting, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers alike.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
