As a seasoned Telecom Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance customer interactions, streamline operations, and leverage technology to drive business success.

This role involves leading the design and implementation of skills-based routing strategies, deploying and integrating cloud-based contact center solutions, and ensuring quality of delivery and uptime of IT infrastructure.

The primary responsibilities include project management, process optimization, and team leadership. You will work closely with stakeholders to establish key performance indicators and ensure seamless integration of systems.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field
  • Over 10 years' experience in telecommunications, with a strong focus on cloud-based solutions
  • Excellent team management and leadership skills
  • Strong operational experience, understanding of systems maintenance, licensing, configurations, and disaster recovery
