Telecom Project Lead

As a seasoned telecom project lead, you will oversee multiple customer-driven projects focused on cloud engineering, DevOps, and embedded systems. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and excellent communication abilities to manage client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead high-quality projects from inception to delivery, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, identifying key milestones and resource requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software development, cloud solutions, and embedded systems specialists, to deliver exceptional results.
  • Implement best practices in cloud architecture and DevOps to enhance infrastructure and application deployment strategies specific to telecom environments.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the company and clients, ensuring clear communication of project progress and managing expectations effectively.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
  • At least 7 years of experience in project management within the IT and telecom sectors, with a focus on cloud engineering, DevOps, and embedded systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage technical teams in high-pressure environments.
  • Strong understanding of telecom infrastructure, including but not limited to 4G/5G networks, IoT, and network security.
