ServiceNow Telecom Order Management Job Description

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow developer to join our team in designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Specifically, we need an expert in the Order Management for Telecom (OMT) module.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop software solutions on the ServiceNow platform, focusing on OMT module features and functionality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze needs, and implement solutions that meet telecom order management requirements
  • Develop and configure catalog items, workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and custom applications to support telecom order management processes
  • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems, OSS/BSS platforms, and legacy systems used in telecom environments
  • Support UAT, defect fixing, and performance tuning for order management processes
  • Follow Agile delivery practices and participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives

Required Skills:

  • Hands-on development experience in ServiceNow platform
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Order Management for Telecom (OMT) module
  • Experience in ServiceNow CSM (Customer Service Management) and/or ITSM is an advantage
  • Proficient in JavaScript, REST/SOAP integrations, ServiceNow Flow Designer, and Service Portal
  • Telecom domain knowledge, particularly Order-to-Activation processes, Product Catalogs, Service Requests, and Fulfillment
  • Ability to write technical documentation, design documents, and deployment guides
  • Experience in working in Agile/DevOps environments
