PCS/BESS Product Support Specialist

As a PCS/BESS Product Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our PCS/BESS products. You will be responsible for providing technical support to customers on-site and remotely, troubleshooting issues with the products, and managing spare parts to ensure optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert technical support to customers on-site and remotely for PCS/BESS product-related issues.
- Troubleshoot complex technical problems with PCS/BESS products and guide customers through simple fixes.
- Manage spare parts inventory and track their status to prevent downtime and maintain unit efficiency.
- Maintain strong relationships with on-site customers, communicating regularly to address their needs and concerns.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of PCS/BESS products, power distribution diagrams, and user manuals to provide training and support to customers.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English as the primary working language.
- Self-motivated mindset with ability to plan effectively in ambiguous situations.
- Experience in the energy storage industry, preferably with PCS and BESS.
- Preference given to candidates based in North India.
