Renewable Energy Project Lead

A visionary professional with a deep understanding of renewable energy and battery energy storage systems (BESS) is required to drive strategic growth, ensure operational excellence, and deliver high-impact results.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the full lifecycle of renewable energy and BESS projects – from concept, feasibility, design, execution, commissioning to handover and operation & maintenance.
  • Oversee large cross-functional project teams across engineering, procurement & construction (EPC), construction & installation (C&I), developer, and operation & maintenance models.
  • Evaluate and recommend technology options, project partnerships, and business models for optimal impact.
  • Implement robust project monitoring systems (dashboards, key performance indicators, risk tracking).
  • Ensure adherence to statutory, regulatory, and environmental compliance for all project stages.
  • Develop efficient operation & maintenance frameworks for long-term performance and asset lifecycle management of deployed renewable and BESS assets.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including clients, partners, vendors, EPC contractors, distribution companies, regulators, and land authorities.
